  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. We cannot accept Maestro cards at this time.

  • WILL MY PARCEL BE INSURED AND WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR IT?
  • Yep, your parcel will be insured during transit to your provided address. You’ll be able to track it and you will have to sign for it, so please provide an address where someone will be available to do this.

  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
  • All orders shipped by Beanie & Bear are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

     

    Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT.

     

    When your order arrives you will be required to pay all import duties, taxes and customs as levied by the country you are shipping to and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country that the items are being shipped to. We are not liable if you break any such law.

     

    Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Beanie & Bear back to you.

     

  • CAN I CHANGE OR AMMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
  • Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit our billing and shipping address.

     

    Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
  • Making a return is super easy. Simply email us at returns@beanieandbear.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Your can find out more on our Order and Returns page and you can download a Returns Form here.

     

     

  • WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
  • Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place your order. Shipping costs, import duty and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • CAN I GIFT AN ITEM?
  • Absolutely! Just send us an email to hello@beanieandbear.com with what you would like to say and we will include a hand written note to the lucky person from you keeping all prices secret.
